    How can I subscribe to FreeQuest?
    Go to the Administrator Panel in the web version, then go to the Subscriptions tab and choose the plan that interests you.
    I have an active subscription, but I received a message about an employee limit. What should I do?
    Go to Subscriptions and choose a plan that allows you to manage a team of your size.
    How can I add Saturdays and Sundays as days off?
    Go to Days Off, add new ones, give them the names: Saturday, Sunday, and mark them so that they appear every week.
    My company uses FreeQuest. How can I join the application?
    You cannot register on your own. To use the application, ask a person with administrator permissions for access. After receiving the activation link, you can log in to FreeQuest.
    How can I transfer unused days to the next week/month/year?
    You can make this change in Request Configuration. Create a new request type or edit an existing one in My Company (Mobile)/Request Types or Admin Panel (Web)/Manage Requests, Add New Type. In Limit Details choose “The request is not connected with the pool of days of another request type”, then “Limited number of days available to use” and select: “Carry over unused days to the next settlement period”.
    Will FreeQuest work in every industry?
    Yes. FreeQuest is used in various industries such as restaurants, hotels, schools, offices, manufacturing companies, and broadly defined services. It is a flexible tool that supports team organization and everyday work.
    How can I select specific days when submitting a request for time off?
    At the moment it is possible to select a date range rather than specific independent days. You can solve this by sending several separate requests.
    How can I create a schedule with night and day shifts?
    Go to Manage Requests, create new request types and give them names, for example day shift, night shift. Then assign the requests to selected people in the Schedule panel to create a work schedule for your team.
    I work in a shift-based team. Sometimes I start in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Will the schedule feature be useful for me?
    Yes. You can adjust the schedule to your needs by asking a person with administrator permissions to give the requests appropriate names, for example morning shift and afternoon shift.
    I’m tired of paper calendars, I constantly cross things out, add notes and it becomes chaotic. Is FreeQuest an option for me?
    Yes. FreeQuest allows you to create a clear schedule suited to the needs of the team. You can give requests personalized names and easily make changes at any time.
    How can I add a new person to the application?
    Invitations can only be sent by people with the appropriate permissions. In the “Invitations” tab enter the email address and the details of the person working in the organization, and then send the invitation. A message with instructions for creating an account will be sent to the provided email address.
    How can I add a new request type?
    Only authorized people can add new request types. Go to the Manage Requests tab and click Add New Request.
    How can I personalize a request?
    Go to Manage Requests, select Personalize Requests, choose the appropriate person and edit the selected submission.
