Frequently asked questions

How can I add a new employee?
Only a person with permissions can invite new employees. To add an employee to the organization, go to the “Invitations” tab. Enter the employee’s email and required details. After sending the invitation, a message with a link will be sent to the address provided. After clicking the link, the employee can set a password and create an account assigned to the organization.
How can I join my organization in FreeQuest as an employee?
To join an organization as an employee, you must receive an invitation from someone with administrator permissions. An invitation will be sent to your email. After receiving the message, click on the link contained in it and set a password. Once you do, your account will be created.
How can I add a new request?
Only a person with permissions can add a new request type. To do this, go to the “Manage applications” tab. Then, click the “Add new application” button.
How can I personalize the request?
Only a person with permissions can personalize employee requests. To do this, go to the “Manage applications” tab. Then, click the “Personalize requests” button. Select the employee whose applications you want to personalize from the list and click the “Personalize” button in the web version or the pencil icon in the mobile application. Find the application you want to personalize in the list and click the edit button.
